I was born in Los Angeles and lived in Colorado for 20 years, before moving to the Black Hills of South Dakota three years ago after I got married to my husband. I have two careers: I am a massage therapist and a registered nurse. I am a gnostic and a reigious scientist. I am a student of the Universe and such there is always more to learn about the world and to get involved with its evolution. My life is a thread in the ever woven course of humanity and of our animal brothers and sisters. Also, I love that the Universe is everything and that love is all there is-everywhere I look there is love….It is awesome!

I have a twenty-three year old. daughter that is studying to become an architect and is following her bliss. She is a great kid and even words can't describe how amazing she is and how her life is unveiling. You should see some of her drawings! I am so proud of her.

Have you ever heard of contra dancing? Well, this is one wonderful way to dance. I also call dances, too. Let me explain. Contra is a traditional dance, like waltz is a traditional dance, except, Contra is like square dancing with the same kind of calls that you might see at a square dance. However, contra is done in opposing lines whereas square is done in a square of 4 couples. One's partner is in the opposite line facing you and you are standing next to someone of the opposite sex in your line. You always dance with another couple one time through the dance. After that one time, you progress to another couple and the dance starts all over again. Sounds complicated? Not really…It is a blast! I have recently started writing as a serious endeavor and I am finding that it is just blowing my mind to hammer away at the computer and express EVERYTHING. I am leaning toward a series of fantasy novels. At this time of my life, with my daughter out of the house, there is room and this energy to create a world that promotes such peace in this world is tangible. This is just one contribution I wish to make in this lifetime. I have a determination that I can't ignore these days and it is bubbling my blood and I am a pyroclastic flow of creativity!!

My life as any, is a work in progress. My spirit is unbeatable even in my lowest moments or highest highs. My soul is my rock and I know through my soul,  the Universe speaks to me in the most quiet times and when I listen I hear its sweet breath sing to me songs of my present. Never in my life have I felt more love, seen love and touched love. It is amazing that  the Loving Flow is ever present when my heart is wide open to receive it.  I do my best to  release the Loving Flow into the world around me and where I go it comes back as a gentle tide of good more and more. It is my wish to impart that to you, the reader of my ever evolving life. I wish you great love and may that love bring you ever present peace.
